Brett Wood - My Year In Hard Dance

What's been your biggest achievement of the year?

This year has been a fantastic stepping stone for me. With having some great support with Direct Drive Recordings and being taken on by Can You Feel It! Doing various remixes such as Bodyslam, Another day and Wings. But i would have to say my own event has been the highlight so far. An unbelievable turn out and massive support from everyone has given Rezurrection a huge boost to being a brand name. This has lead on to new super club Arena in Kent taking a keen interest in Rezurrection. Watch out next year!

What moments will you never forget?

Ok so back to Rezurrection having a good foloowing. The second event got shut down by police by being found by helecopters at 3 in the morning. Apparently the music was disturbing the cows 3 fields away! The Police went on to shut the party down with the A21 road being shut and hundreds of people were escorted 2 miles down the road! Now we have a base with Arena and with everyone still talking about this event and all looking forward to the next one with not one complaint from the ravers! That i will not forget! ;)

Rezurrection!

What's the funniest thing that's happened to you?

When the party was shut down the police said it was so well organised they would give me a reference and i should continue what im doing. Amazing considering the event could of gone on, we were in the middle of knowwhere!

What do you have planned for the next year?

Im running and playing Gatecrasher White New Years Eve@Arena which will be one of my biggest achievements this year! I cant wait and as a true trance man i have dreamt of playing Gatecrasher let alone running the event there! I hope the next 12 months will let me progress more. With Rezurrection and various other events planned at Arena and with Direct Drive Recordings i know it will be another exciting year!
