What's been your biggest achievement of the year?
Probably my biggest achievement was having the majority of my BDP E.P. make it top ten on Hardstyle.com. It also sold very well on other download sites which was nice to see!
What moments will you never forget?
All the new people I've met and networked with. Large and small. I'm very glad to of met you all! Every awesome show I've played. I can't thank the fans enough for how much energy you give back to me during my sets!
Who's been your favourite newcomer of the year?
Fusion Records recent artist Profite. Very good production for such a young artist. I look forward to hearing more from him in the future!
Who's been the artist of the year for you?
I've really been enjoying tracks by Frontliner, Alphaverb, Toneshifterz, Zany, Da Tweekaz, Geck-O, Coone, Zatox, Headhunterz, and many others. My favorite though would have to be Michel Pollen a.k.a. The Pitcher. He is always thinking outside the box and pushing the envelope.
What's been your favourite label of the year?
Honestly I feel that both Fusion and Scantraxx are the top quality labels aside from Dirty Workz, Theracords, and Titanic. If I hade to pick one though I would go with Fusion for this year. They have been pushing extra hard this year it seems and their production quality on some of the smaller artists has increased ten fold! Congrats to you all for the continued hard work!
What do you think has been the best track of the year?
Catatonic Overload - Goddamn No matter how many times I hear this it always gets my fist pumping haha! Never fails to make the crowd go insane either!
What's been your favourite event of the year?
I really enjoyed the North California massive Countdown! Very nice way to start off the new year with a show of this quality and size! There was a full Hard Dance stage with tons of worldwide and local talent like Headhunterz, Lady Faith, and Caffiene. Just to name a few.
What's the funniest thing that's happened to you?
I was playing a gig not to long ago in Reno, NV and this very drunk older woman had snuck onto the stage. The door is normally locked so it was awkward enough that she even got on stage. To top it off she started thrusting and humping me from behind while mumbling tons of slurred things in gibberish! @_@ I can honestly say that was one of the funniest and most awkward things that has happened to me on stage all year! XD
What do you have planned for the next year?
To push even harder with productions and increase my quality as much as possible. Also to help promote and grow Hard Dance Nation in America! We have come a long way this year and I only see things getting better and bigger as next year progresses.
