Criostasis - My Year In Hard Dance

What's been your biggest achievement of the year?

There has been a few this year.Always nice to see when my track is on a first place on TiD Hard Trance Charts.I had a few original tracks and remixes this year on this position.I'm very happy from that result.But the biggest achievement for me is to be a part o Carl Nicholson ALBUM 'Storybook'.I have remixed 4 tracks for Him for this album and all are my all time favourites like 'Blueprints' or 'Let The Music Take Control'.It is a massive honour to be a part of this project as Carl is a Legend of the Hard Dance Scene and deffo my big inspiration since i started producing.

What moments will you never forget?

There was one moment this year that i will never forget. I had a very hard situation in my life and was needed help. I had tears im my eyes when i saw how People can unite to help friend in need. This is just amazing.No words can describe that feeling. Thank You all once again :) You know who You are :)

Who's been your favourite newcomer of the year?

This is always a hard question.We have so much great new talents every year. The same was in 2011.I can't type just one person.Its just impossible. But those who impressed me most is deffo Clayfacer , Unit 13 and Audox.They really came a long way and now i can easily say that they are one of the Best Producers around.Amazing talents. Also i have to mention about David McRae , Shiverize , NuroGL , Cryptix , C&D Project , DJ Yorrin , On NRG and few more.They also came a long way with their production skills.So Big Respect to them.

Who's been the artist of the year for you?

Ussually its a very hard question but not this year for me. It will be Carl Nicholson.For His Amazing Album 'Storybook' and contribution to the Hard Dance scene over the years of DJ-ing and production. I also have to mention about Costa Pantazis and Rob O.T.T..Some amazing tracks this year.Costa is soing fantastic job with His label Metamorph Recordings. Really BIG BIG Respect for Carl , Costa and Rob.

What's been your favourite label of the year?

CN Recordings , Metamorph Recordings and Electrik Shandy Recordinsg. Big things on those labels this year and deffo bigger in 2012.

What do you think has been the best track of the year?

Carl Nicholson & Paul F - Oxygen (Original Mix) - AMAZING TRACK !!! Im listening to it everytime when i have the occasion.

What do you have planned for the next year?

More Original Tracks.Some excited projects , collaborations and remixes. 2012 will be deffo a good year !
