What tune has defined this year in hard dance for you?
Without blowing smoke up my own ass, the Kamui Remix of Go Away by myself Dr Willis & Scott Alert. I nearly fell off my chair when I got this back, absolutely massive in my own sets all year and without a doubt the strongest track in my sets all year, everywhere I played it, it was the standout track of the night and I have heard every DJ that's gotten back to me said pretty much the same! Groundbreaking hard trance!
What has been your biggest achievement of the year?
This would be a hard one to split but either playing at Dance Valley this year and also getting lots of great feedback on all my releases for the year. Its good to see that all the hard work is starting to show success! Most of you who know me, will know I have been working very hard within the scene for a long time and Australia is starting to pop up in conversation more and more frequently in the producers circle for all genres.
What moments in the last year will you always remember?
Just all the amazing gigs this year all over the world I have been lucky enough to play at both here in Oz and abroad, the scene is as strong as ever and 2008 is shaping up to be even bigger.
What exciting things do you have planned for next year?
I have a strong release schedule for the first quarter of 2008, so I plan to try my best to keep this flowing over thru the rest of the year with both solo releases and collaborations. My diary is already looking great with amazing gigs staggered right thru out the year. I intend to get over to the Northern Hemisphere for another decent tour in the summer months and generally keep a focused mind while enjoying it all at the same time.
