What's been your biggest achievement of the year?

Keeping the label going in the tough times of releasing music on a physical format has been a bit of a struggle but we are happy to be going into year number 7 for the label now so we will contine to relase as many tracks as we possibly can. We were also delighted to sign for Chic Management back in August, thats been a great move for us and we are very happy how things are going with the guys there

What moments will you never forget?

Magna !!! Was so good to have Hard House back there after the long break, right from the start of the night the event was rammed, you could tell everybody was really up for the event. Insomz there in April is going to be off the scale, a huge event !!!!!!!!!!

Who's been your favourite newcomer of the year?

Ross Homson, Kirsty Lee James & Valex are 3 names that spring to mind. Ross & Valex have been around for some time now but both really upped their game on the production front with a constant supply of quality tracks all year round. Kirsty really has been impressive on the DJ front, especially at the Custard Factory events, look out for a lot more of her in 2010 !!

Who's been the artist of the year for you?

Dave Owens, Nik Denton, Paul Maddox, Paul Glazby, Andy Farley, Defective Audio, Ben Stevens, Jimmy Dean, Jon Bw, Tidy Dj's, Valex... The list could go on & on really

What's been your favourite label of the year?

Tidy, Toolbox, Vicious, Turtle Dog have all had a great year with a constant flow of quality hardhouse music. Its been another super year for the music with there always being good upfront stuff to choose from to suit any set time, be it early or late new music has been around.

What do you think has been the best track of the year?

Doof & Ellis - Set It Off (Nik Denton Remx).. Pierce & Firece - Take Me Away & finally Pocock - Mystic Man have been 3 tracks that have had lots of plays from us. There has been so many good tracks that it's a real tricky question to answer.

What's been your favourite event of the year?

Clubbing wise, Cream in Ibiza was pretty special to say the least. PVD & Ferry were both on top form but Sasha really stole the show with a set of epic proptions ! Gig wise, Magna, Atomik 2, Hard House Academy & the Custard Factory in August all are up there.

What's the funniest thing that's happened to you?

Hahaha, if that got out i think we would be in a spot of trouble so best keep that one under wraps!!

What do you have planned for the next year?

More of the same really, taking the events onto the next level with the new Custard Factory in Brum, lots more relases on the label, lots of exciting gigs already booked in too... Oh and a magical mystery tour kicking off that will span a year or so.. More to come on that in Feb !
