What tune has defined this year in hard dance for you?
There's been so many twists and turns for so called 'hard dance' in 2007 that I'm not even sure what hard dance means anymore! Hard Dance seems to be a fusion of everything from electro, techno, trance with a bit of hard house thrown in for good measure! If I had to pick one tune it would be 'Riff' by Sander van Doorn.
What has been your biggest achievement of the year?
Touring in Brazil and Argentina which was totally amazing.
What moments in the last year will you always remember?
The above, plus Gatecrasher Summer Sound System. Tidy Weekender in March was also a giggle as always!!!
What exciting things do you have planned for next year?
In terms of performances I have a three city tour of New Zealand coming up in early 2008, plus another couple of big UK events I can't really talk about yet. I'll also be carrying on writing my next album which is taking bloody ages! I'm not really fussed how long it takes me to complete because it has to be right, and I at least have to be happy to release it. If I were to come up with a pap album after Urban Anthems and Inner Limits, I'll never live it down! I've also got stacks of good music coming up my label Dataless including some new talent that I've signed, kicking off with the stunning 'Signature Ep' from SQ in Jan 08.
