What tune has defined this year in hard dance for you?
This may sound really biased but "Relentless" by myself for a few reasons, 1- its my first ever vinyl release, 2-Ben Stevens & Justin Bourne are nailing it, 3- its the second release on mine and Steve-NRG's record label Razor Recordings, and 4- it encapsulates my sound perfectly which is relentless from start to finish and is not for the faint hearted!
What has been your biggest achievement of the year?
My biggest achievement of the year was starting Razor Recordings with co-owner Steve-NRG and also hosting the Official Battle of the brands room at Sundissential's 11th birthday, and headlining our room, it was an awesome night and just to be part of something so big was unbelievable. Also having my first release on vinyl.
What moments in the last year will you always remember?
Having my remix of Tony De Vit's "Resistance Is Futile" played by Ben Stevens at my first Tidy Weekender in the storm room, that was awesome! Justin Bourne putting my remix of Paul Glazbys "Tortured" on his Clubbed up mix. Justin Bourne emailing me and asking me for a copy of my remix of Jonah's "Be Quiet" and he hadn't even heard it. Playing at Sundissential and Polysexual for the first time.
What exciting things do you have planned for next year?
I've got a massive back catalogue of material that's waiting to go out on vinyl/digital with 6 signed to our label Razor, 1 signed to Nosebleed Records and 1 to WKD, and so many more in the pipeline, we got some awesome tour parties with Razor Recordings to watch out for to, and plenty of bookings to look forward to including The Hard Dance Awards Pre Party at The Howard on the 29th which I cant wait for. So a busy start to 2008 for me already and hopefully its gonna get even busier. This is gonna be an ace year!
