My Year In Hard Dance

What tune has defined this year in hard dance for you?

There have been so many good tunes out this year I love the way hard dance is going back to the old school vibe. If I had to choose one I'd say, Paul Maddox 'Feeling 94'. For me it brings back the fun times of what hard house used to be. Wicked funky ass bass line and the piano break down gives that old school feel of euphoric-ness (is that a word)!

What has been your biggest achievement of the year?

Without a doubt signing to the might PFA agency, to be placed on a roster along side such names as Eddie Halliwell & Alex Kidd is a great honour. Also being named 2008's GoodGreef resident was a massive thing for me really looking forward to things to come.

What moments in the last year will you always remember?

Opening the main room at Tidy weekender 12 in the Goodgreef vs Tidy arena was a great moment for me seeing all the clubbers come running to the front and having it right from the start was amazing, Tidy & Goodgreef are giants in our scene and put on amazing shows was a privilege to be a part of something so big.

What exciting things do you have planned for next year?

I'm going to start by teaming up with Madonna and opening a Kebab shop called 'Poppadom Preach!' Along side this 2008 is panning out to be a busy, busy year. I'll be playing more international gigs, starting my residency at GoodGreef and playing alongside Alex Kidd on his Kiddfectious tour events as well as playing all the major hard dance events across the UK. Also the re-launch of my record label and many more productions to be released on further labels, it's busy times ahead and I'm gonna be loving it!
